I can’t believe it but … there seem to be so many more reasons to buy a PS4.
Why would I buy a more expensive, very creepy, and closed off console? Halo? I’d rather have Kingdom Hearts 3 or the next Smash Bros.
In fact … has the time come where I don’t buy a game console? I don’t really have money right now. When I start to make money after this semester I’ll be busy with real life.
Nahhhh.
I know plenty of people that work high up 50+ hour week jobs that couldn’t get though the week without their FIFA or CoD.
Gamer ‘till the end.
Just not on XBOX.

The neighboring town is building a new park in its downtown. George is donating a Yoda and Indy statue to the park.
Greatest park ever.

Philips 431643 Hue Personal Wireless Lighting, Starter Pack, Frustration Free - Amazon.com
Wireless controlled LED lights. Among many great things to do with this, you can use IFTTT to make the lights change to the color of the album cover of whatever Last.FM track you’re scrobbling right then.
$200 bucks and worth it.
My Facebook wall, Tumblr Searches, Twitter feed, they’re all just Instagrams other feeds. You can’t escape it. Everything has become 50% Instagram, and 50% whatever it actually is. I enjoy Instagram, I just wish I only had to see it when I was on Instagram. Which has little purpose these days because when I open it I’ve already seen every photo on my Facebook wall.
I understand wanting to share things. It’s what makes social media social. I too will occasionally post a photo from Instagram somewhere else, say this Tumblr. I’ll as least take the time (45 seconds, maybe?) to make separate posts instead of having Instagram do it for me. I do it to have a higher quality image and because I add a white border to my Instagram posts. They can’t force me to make my photos square. I wish others would do it because I hate seeing a billion hashtags below photos on Tumblr.
In fact I hate seeing it on Instagram. Half of my Instagram feed is single words with ‘#’ in front. For a visual platform, nothing could be less visually pleasing. Seems like it would be simple for Instagram to hide hashtags, so that the photos are still searchable by them, but they don’t take up a block of text as big, or bigger than the photo itself. Maybe just a “show tags” button that reveals them under each.
